Folks, I opened The Brick Pit because I got tired of not being able to go out and get any really good smoked Bar-B-Que in Mobile.
We Smoke our chickens for 6 to 8 hours, our ribs for 12 hours and our pulled pork for up to 30 hours all over a blend of Hickory and Pecan.
Pulled pork, by the way, means "Hand Pulled Apart" removing up to 90% of the fat, not just chopped up mush!
At The Brick Pit we only use the absolute best quality Pork, Ribs, and Chicken available regardless of price, so that I can guarantee you the finest Bar-B-Que in the State of Alabama, if not the whole South!
